This is the base pattern.

I used: Hook: 3.75mm
Yarn: Something from my stash
But use whatever hook and yarn you like.

Crochet Stitches:

sc = single crochet
dc = double crochet
inc = increase
dec = decrease
mc = magic circle
fo = fasten off
BLO = back loop only
slst = slip stitch
